The Application is provided by One Click Group, ABN 52 616 062 072, under the name One Click Services, hereinafter referred to as “we”, “us” or “our”.
The Application is provided at no cost and is intended for use as is.
By downloading or using the Application, these terms of use will automatically apply to you.

Welcome to ID Exact (IDX), a free application available via the Apple App Store and Google Play, hereinafter referred to as the “Application.”
The Application is powered by One Click Services, a subsidiary of One Click Group ABN 52 616 02 072,hereinafter referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our.”
IDX is responsible for leveraging APIs created and owned by One Click Group to deliver services through this Application.
The Application is provided at no cost and intended for use “as is.” By downloading or using the Application, you agree to these Terms of Use.
Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise stated, the Application, its content, and functionality are the proprietary property of IDX or licensed by our parent company, One Click Group. This includes all source code, databases, software, designs, trademarks, service marks, and related materials (collectively, the “Content”). The Content is protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws applicable in various jurisdictions.
You are granted a limited license to access and use the Application for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any use of the Content beyond what is explicitly authorized in these Terms of Use requires prior written permission from us or the applicable rights holder.
Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use the Application for any purpose other than those outlined by IDX. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:
- Circumventing security features of the Application.
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the Application.
- Engaging in fraudulent activities or illegal conduct using the Application.
- Using the Application in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
Use License
We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Application on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms of Use. You may not:

- Access or distribute the Application in a network environment allowing multi-user access.

Apple and Android Devices
If the Application is obtained from Apple App Store or Google Play (each an “App Distributor”), additional terms apply:
- Use is limited to devices operating Apple iOS or Android under the App Distributor’s terms of service.
- Maintenance and support responsibilities lie with us, not the App Distributor.
- Any warranty issues should be addressed with the App Distributor, which may refund your purchase price, if applicable.
- You must comply with all third-party agreements when using the Application (e.g., wireless data agreements).
- App Distributors are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them.
User Submissions
Any feedback, ideas, or suggestions you provide to us (“Submissions”) become our sole property. We reserve the right to use Submissions for any purpose without compensation or acknowledgment.
User Data
You are responsible for all data you transmit or any activity linked to your use of the Application. We assume no liability for loss, corruption, or unauthorized access to user data.
Copyright Infringements
We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content in the Application infringes your copyright, contact us immediately with a Notification containing all required details.
